I'm Pamela Mick, a passionate textile artist with a deep love for the vibrant, expressive world of art quilting. In my cozy studio, Three Button Dog, creativity and fabric come together in joyful harmony. It's here that I explore color, texture, and storytelling through stitches, crafting pieces that blend traditional quilting techniques with contemporary artistic visions. Every quilt I create is a reflection of my curiosity, my hands, and my heart.

About

Pamela Mick resides in Greenfield, Indiana. Her life has had many occasions to veer off the marked course. After 25 years of being an Elementary Educator, retirement materialized. The narrowed, focused pathway of a former life in education suddenly opened into a six-lane interchange, where at this crossroad, new learning opportunities and latent ideas manifested. Pamela’s marked course has long given way to arising textile art opportunities and possibilities thus granting her the competence to record, in cloth, a legacy.

I am honored to be Sacred Threads Exhibition Chair for 2025. The premier exhibition is on Oct. 30 - Nov 9, 2025, in Indianapolis, IN. If you are attending, please say hello to me while there.
