I'm a retired elementary educator, residing in Greenfield, Indiana. As full-time textile artist, I channel my passion for storytelling into the creation of meaningful art quilts that explore societal issues and celebrate a rich heritage of narrative expression. My quilts serve as powerful visual commentaries, blending designs with meaningful themes to inspire reflection and promote change. Through my work, I desire to educate, engage, and spark conversations on issues bringing awareness to stories that shape our families, communities, and culture. My work reflects a deep commitment to record history in cloth, one quilt at a time and tell the stories that lie within me.
